Mrs. Overmann is an Advisor at OHGA where she provides expert guidance and strategic counsel to senior leadership to inform decision-making and drive the organization’s goals. She is the Chief Executive Officer of the Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA). Most recently, Clare served as a senior leader at the Institute of International Education (IIE), where she led global strategic engagement with higher education institutions, governments, corporations, and foundations. Her extensive tenure at IIE included overseeing membership associations, Centers of Excellence, major U.S. government-funded programs, and corporate external affairs. She is a seasoned international education leader with over two decades of experience across various sectors and cultures Clare is an expert in academic partnerships and brings invaluable leadership in advancing international education initiatives.
